Payment :

  • If it is your first time on this website and you do not know how to order, please follow the instructions on this page: How to Order?
  • Payment is due within 48h after reception of the payment instructions, our banking details are often changing , we are not responsible if you send the payment to the wrong account.
  • If you cannot complete the payment within 48h, please contact us for the additional delay.
  • We MANUALLY review every order and reserve the right to cancel any orders before payment is completed without any notification if a fraud is suspected or if the security of our customers or website is engaged. If you do not receive any invoice within 5 hours, contact us, additional information or another payment method will be requested to accept your order.


  • Your order will be shipped in 24h-48h after the payment is completed except in the weekends and National holidays and if we have stock issue.
  • All our shipments are registered airmail with tracking number.
  • Tracking number will be provided within 24h after your package is shipped out in the “Shipping Confirmation” email
  • Delivery time depends on the country you are placing your order form. The average delivery time is 10 – 30 days *
  • The buyer is responsible for customs duties

Undelivered orders

  • We guarantee delivery to the following countries: USA, UK, Australia, France, Singapore, South Korea, for other countries it is on a case by case basis.
  • We can’t open a case for undelivered parcel before 30 days after the shipping date, please don’t contact us before 30 days cause there is nothing we can do.
  • You’ll have to provide proof of ID and address, it is required by the insurance. Don’t order with a fake name or address or we won’t be able to help.
  • Once the case for undelivered parcel is open, the post service will investigate, it usually takes 10 to 20 days.
  • A re shipping fee of $5 will be applied If the items are returned because unclaimed or the shipping address mentioned in the order form is wrong
  • A re stocking fee of $5 will be applied if the items are refused or unclaimed, and you do not want them to be re shipped

Return & Refund

  • If the package arrives damaged, simply refuse it, and we will send a new one for free.
  • If the items in the package are damaged, take detailed pictures of it and send them to us within 24h after reception of the package. We will send you a new package for free, and we will provide a return address with a free shipping label for the damaged items.
  • If something is missing or if the items are not the one ordered, contact us. After verification, we will provide a return address with a free shipping label and send you the correct order or the missing items.
  • If you changed your mind or if you want to change your items, you have to contact us and then send them back to the return address mentioned on the package with a tracking number. A restocking fee of $5 will be applied.
